BRIOCHE PARISIENNE WITH WHITE CHOCOLATE

I found this recipe in Sousoukitchen blog. I have to say it is perfect brioche. You will need to be very patient as this dough needs to rise for 19 hours!
You can prepare your brioche with chocolate (like I did), creme anglais or custard.

Ingredients

2 3/4 (450 g) cup flour
1/4 cup (30 g) dry milk
1 teaspoon dry yeast
3 tablespoons sugar
1 1/4 salt
3 eggs
1 egg yolk
1/4 cup (60 ml) warm water
150 g butter, softened (unsalted)
6 tablespoons white chocolate chips (you can add more if you want)

1. Sift flour to large bowl.
2. Add to bowl: dry milk, yeast, sugar, salt, eggs, warm water, butter. Combine well all ingredients.
3. Knead dough for 15 minutes.
4. Place dough in a lightly grease (use oil) bowl.
5. Cover bowl with cling film. Next (If you want to) you can cover bowl with blanket (it will gives additional warm to dough). If you will be using blanket - be sure to cover bowl with cling film, so all proces will be hygienic. Keep bowl in warm place for about 16 hours.
6. Prepare 2 loaf tins - lighty grease them and sprinkle with flour or semolina.
7. Make 12 balls from dough. In each one make whole and put white chocolate.
8. Place balls in loaf tins (2 balls in each row).
9. Cover pans with cling film and let it rise for 3 hours.
10. Brush balls with egg whites & milk.
11. You can sprinkle dough with coarse sugar.
12. Bake at 190 C (375 F ) for about 25-30 minutes.
13. Brioche are perfect for lazy Sunday breakfast.

Smacznego!
